Week 3 - Day 2

A little tired today, up early 5am to get to my class - Bodyattack at 6am, sooo tough! But hey that was my cardio done for the day.

Then to the gym for Legs/Shoulders with my hubby, he pushed me hard today as I always complain I don't get sore in the legs!! BIG MISTAKE!!

Then a a Bodybalance class 7.30pm tonight, so chilled out when I come home.

Food was spot on, BUT missed 2 meals!! Opppps, just so busy I forgot to eat. Not good enough I know.

I am nearly out of Durathon, so must order some more tomorrow.

Hard long day ahead tomorrow, must sleep well and hope the little one sleeps a little later than 6am!! (fingers crossed)

Thanks for the comments on my last post girls, It definately keeps me going, I must try and read a few more blogs myself.

May try and post again sooner than end of the week as it seems to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Week 2 - Day 7

Ok so I haven't managed my 3 blogs this week just two, not bad.

I am a little low this morning. I got on the scales this morning (as I did three other mornings!!!) a day earlier than normal and I have gained 0.5kg!! I'm so fed up.

So now my two week weight loss is 2.6kg, still not bad.

I am having real trouble staying off the scale and find it hard not to take notice of them (years and years of dieting), so much so that when my husband heard the scream this morning he walked in the bathroom lokked at me sternly and took the scales away !!!!

Initially I was like ' oh my god, what he hell am I gonna do without them!' but having sat down and had a chat with my hubby (he's a personal trainer) I have agreed to have skinfolds done every two weeks along with measurements, the next time I will weigh is at week 6 - 4 whole weeks away!!

I wonder how I will go? So pretty much I am gonna forget any weigh ins I have had since the start and keep my starting weight in my head, then when week 6 comes I'll update you with my weight, but hey if my skinfolds are improving and the cm's are coming off in the meantime, it's all good.

Week 2 - Day 2

OK so I'm over my disappointment of my Free meal!! Sue's comment is so right, keep your eye on the prize!! whatever that means to you personally, it is so right, we all have a reason we are doing this, it could be health, body shape, self esteem, competition and we need to remember.............. that will be our prize.

Weekly Report

3.1 kg loss - yes very good BUT it will slow right down as this will be alot of water weight

Skinfolds to be done next week ( Sue wants me to do them two weekly because of the amount I exercise, she will be waching carefully to make sure I don't start losing any lean mass)

Made a good start to the week by training yesterday and have my other sessions planned.

Food all good today.

I'm only Human!!!!

Ok, so for about 1/2 an hour I have been sat here wanting to post but trying to decide whether to mention my mistake or just brush it under the mat.

BUT, I decided I'm only human, I'm an honest person and felt that my experiences throughout my challenge should be open and honest.

I had a free meal on Saturday night!!! I AM SOOOOOOOOO FED UP (putting it mildly) with myself. I have been 110% all week, all training done all food by the book and already I give in to a free meal!! at the end of week 1. Weekends are so hard for me. WHY??????

So although I know they are there to have IF I need them, I am laying myself not only the 12 week challenge but the challenge NOT to use anymore of my Free meals!!
MADNESS I hear you cry, BUT I feel so much worse afterwards, mentally etc than I did craving the food in the first place, I just cannot cope with the mind games I play with myself.

I know one meal isnt going to ruin everything, but that is how I feel afterwards and all my positive energy gets zapped. So eleven straight 100% weeks ahead and I will promise to tell if I break my challenge within my challenge, but you won't be hearing it here!!!!!!

Anyway onwards and upward, New day, new week and training and classes galore to get through.

I will report my weekly figures here early next week, until then have a good one.

2nd Blog of the week!!

On track with everything.

Trained Back/Biceps & Calves today, loved it !!!! So good to get back into the gym.

Food all good. I had the pancakes from the recipe sheet tonight - one word - YUMMY!!!

Feelin positive and strong still but my worst time is weekends as I have said before, so hopefully I can get through it.

Week 1 - Day 3

It feels so good to be training again and eating well. I continue to be busy this week but have stayed on track by planning ahead.

Today is my day of 5 classes!!! I get worn out by about 3pm and then have another 2 to do. But the good news for my body is that as of April I am cutting my classes back to 10 per week instead of 16. I can therefore give a little more to my resistance training and hopefully make some fantastic gains by the end of my challenge.

I have planned my training for Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week, not ideal but as I do a split programme it can be done.

I have a chart going on and everyday I complete all my training and eat 100% clean I can shade it in. I can then visually see myself progressing along the path.

So what happened I hear you ask!!

Three blogs per week as my aim!! How many did I manage................. 1!.... SORRY

I have been the busiest I have been in years, well thats a slight exaggeration but hey, nearly the busiest!!

So busy infact I totally forgot to take any pictures, measurements etc last week before I re-commenced my Challenge.

So although I had a good week exercise wise and was nearly spot on with my food (missed a few meals!!) my start date for official purposes (bodyblitz photos etc) will be today.

I plan to redeem myself with my blogging this week so please keep coming back and giving me your comments.

My week so far

Week 1 - Day two

OK so all started again this week. Really looking forward to getting some results again and actually staying well enough to finish!!

I have Taught 2 Bodybalance classes, 1 Bodypump (they interfere with my resistance training!) and 1 Bodyattack class so far. I trained Back/Bi's & Calves Yesterday and am sore today!!

I have such a busy week this week and just need to make sure I fit my training in - still to do - Legs & Shoulders (this has to be done when I'm not teaching anything that relies on my legs!!very hard! He HE!!) and chest & triceps.

I am tired today so off to bed now, will post again soon.

I'm so excited ..(and I just can't hide it!!!......)

Hi all

So, my first week back into activity. Little stiff and sore around wound aeras at the beginning of the week, but went OK. I taught my first Bodycombat class this morning, went quite well considering my cardioascular fitness has suffered.

Anyway now I know i'm good to go with exercise and feeling ready to get back into it all, I am Re Starting my challenge.

With the complications etc from my Ops I just missed too much time to continue on - five weeks time off, that's quite a chunk.

So Monday it is!!!! and I am so ready.

MY MAIN AIM - is to blog at least 3 times per week. If I know you are all reading (is there anyone reading????) it will help me to blog and stay on track!! So keep the comments coming etc !!

Anyway, have a great weekend and I'll blog next week!!
