2nd Blog of the week!!

On track with everything.

Trained Back/Biceps & Calves today, loved it !!!! So good to get back into the gym.

Food all good. I had the pancakes from the recipe sheet tonight - one word - YUMMY!!!

Feelin positive and strong still but my worst time is weekends as I have said before, so hopefully I can get through it.

Blog again soon.........

Saturday Arvo and going well!!

So tempted to have a free meal BUT I only get them every fortnight so would have to wait ages for another one!!
